ValuePlus Series Centrifugal Spray Dryer

The ValuePlus Series Centrifugal Spray Dryer converts liquid feed into powder through high-speed rotary atomization. It is a continuous drying system for solutions, emulsions, suspensions and other pumpable feeds that need rapid evaporation and powder formation in a single process stage. Working Principle

Air is filtered and heated to the set temperature, then enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral pattern through an air distributor at the top of the tower. The liquid feed is pumped to the top high-speed centrifugal atomizer (10,000 to 30,000 rpm) and atomized into extremely fine droplets (10 to 100 μm) under centrifugal force. The droplets come into contact with hot air in co-current flow and complete moisture evaporation in a very short time (5 to 30 seconds), drying into finished powder. The product is collected at the tower bottom and by a cyclone separator, while exhaust gas is filtered through a bag filter and discharged.
