How do I choose the right industrial dryer for my material?

What information should I provide when requesting a quotation?
Please provide the material name and form, initial moisture content, target final moisture, required capacity, heat sensitivity, particle-size or product-quality requirements, available heat source, utilities, site limitations, and any food, pharmaceutical, safety, or environmental requirements. This allows the technical team to evaluate the process and prepare a more relevant proposal.
What is the difference between a spray dryer and a flash dryer?
A spray dryer atomizes a liquid, emulsion, suspension, or pumpable slurry into droplets and produces powder in a hot-air stream. It is suitable when a one-step liquid-to-powder process or controlled spherical particles is required.
A flash dryer disperses wet material in a high-velocity hot-air stream and is commonly considered for filter cakes, pastes, and wet powders. The final choice depends on feed form, stickiness, moisture, particle requirements, and capacity.
What material forms can your drying equipment handle?

What materials of construction are available?
Materials of construction should be selected according to the product, corrosion risk, temperature, cleaning method, and required product grade. We use Carbon Steel body for ValuePlus Series dryers to lower down the overall cost, and SS316 for any food contacting parts. Materials are mostly upgradable, especially for safety purposes. For example, the EcoGuard Spray Dryer product uses a fully 316 stainless-steel frame and high-borosilicate glass. We are also able to build dryers with a fully titianium body for long-lasting or anti-corrosion purposes. Please state the material-contact, corrosion, hygiene, and temperature requirements for your project so the appropriate construction can be specified.
Do you provide process design and equipment customization?
Yes. Yisheng provides customized and complex drying solutions and supplies drying, granulating, mixing, crushing, and dust-collection equipment. A customized proposal is developed from the material characteristics, production target, product-quality requirements, site conditions, utilities, safety requirements, and environmental constraints.
What is included in a customized equipment proposal?
After each evulation, the technical team can provide a proposal including equipment selection, a process flow diagram, technical specifications, and a cost estimate. The final document set depends on the project scope and may also include utility requirements, layout information, testing requirements, and installation or commissioning details.
How can I request a drying-equipment quotation?
Submit the material characteristics, required production capacity, available utilities and heat source, site layout or space limitations, and any product- quality or regulatory requirements. Do you provide installation, commissioning, and after-sales support?
Installation, commissioning, process design, and ongoing after-sales technical guidance are part of the services described on the company website. The exact scope should be stated in the quotation and contract, including supervision, operator training, spare parts, remote support, response time, and any on-site service requirements.
Do you provide dust-collection equipment with the dryer?

Dust-collection selection depends on air volume, dust concentration, particle size, stickiness, corrosiveness, flammability, gas temperature, filtration velocity, and cleaning method.
