ZLG4.5×0.45 Linear Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer

The ZLG4.5×0.45 Linear Vibrating Fluidized Bed represents an optimized evolution of vibrating fluidized bed technology, engineered for higher throughput while maintaining superior drying uniformity and process control. With an expanded effective fluidization area of 4.5 m in length by 0.45 m in width (2.025 m² total), this model delivers approximately 50% greater processing capacity than the standard ZLG4.5×0.3 variant—making it ideal for medium-to-large-scale continuous drying or cooling of powders and granules.

Driven by a synchronized dual-vibrator system, the ZLG4.5×0.45 ensures stable, linear material conveyance across the entire bed width, eliminating channeling and dead zones even with cohesive or fine materials (<0.5 mm). The wider distribution plate enables more uniform air distribution, enhancing heat transfer efficiency and reducing specific energy consumption.

Working Principle

Vibration motors provide excitation force, causing materials to jump forward on the air distribution plate while making contact with hot air introduced from below. This facilitates efficient heat transfer, vaporizing moisture in the material which is then separated and carried away by the air stream. The dried product discharges from the fluidized bed end, while the hot air temperature decreases due to heat transfer. During this process, expelled moisture and fine materials are collected by a cyclone separator, with exhaust gases emitted by an induced draft fan. Adjusting air intake and vibration parameters enables precise control over product moisture content and system processing capacity.
