- Centrifugal spray drying is the most widely used method in the liquid processing and drying industry, ideal for transforming solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and pumpable pastes into uniform powders or granules—especially where tight control over particle size, residual moisture, bulk density, and morphology is critical (e.g., in pharma, food, chemicals, and ceramics).
The LPG series centrifugal spray dryers deliver scalable, reliable performance with these core specifications:
Inlet temperature: 140–350 °C (PID-controlled)
Outlet temperature: 80–90 °C (thermally gentle for sensitive materials)
Atomization: High-speed centrifugal atomizer (12,000–25,000 rpm, mechanical or VFD-driven) for consistent droplet size
Powder recovery rate: ≥95% via optimized cyclone and filtration
After the air is filtered by the filter, it is sent to the air heatexchanger by the blower for heating, and the heated air withcertain heat is sent to the air distributor at the top of the dryingtower. The hot air coming out of the hot air distributor entersthe drying chamber spirally and uniformly, and contacts with the centrifugally atomized feed liguid, so that the water in thefeed is vaporized, and the air containing dust enters the pulse bag separator for gas-solid separation, and the tall gas isdischarged by the ventilator.
