ZLB Series Dry-Power Pelletizer
The ZLB series dry-power pelletizer is an advanced pelletizing machine developed through the integration of foreign technology. Working Principle
Powder material is fed quantitatively through a vibrating feed hopper and transverse screw feeder into the main feed hopper of the roll compactor, maintaining a constant material level. The longitudinal conical screw within the main hopper pre-compresses the powder and transports it to the arc-shaped grooves or rhombic channels on the surfaces of two opposing rolls. Driven by meshing gears, the two rolls rotate at equal speeds in opposite directions, gripping the material delivered by the conical screw and feeding it into the grooves. The material undergoes instantaneous forced compression within the grooves, and as pressure decreases along the roll surface, it is released under the combined action of elasticity and gravity. The compressed material then enters a crushing and granulation system, where it is screened and classified according to particle size requirements to produce uniform granules meeting quality standards. Fine particles collected during screening are returned to the vibrating feed hopper for reprocessing, enabling efficient material recycling.
