The Linear Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer ValuePlus Series is a continuous drying equipment optimized for Southeast Asian and African markets, combining vibration technology with fluidized bed drying. It is especially suitable for drying and cooling granular, crystalline, spherical and short-fiber materials.
Material is uniformly fed into the fluidized bed dryer. Under the excitation force generated by two vibration motors, the material moves continuously forward in a horizontal jumping motion. Hot air flows upward from the bottom plenum through the distribution plate, passing through the material layer and bringing it into a fluidized state for efficient heat and mass transfer. Moist air is discharged from the top exhaust, and dried material is continuously discharged from the outlet. A cooling section with cold air can be incorporated.
