Descriptions:
The LPG-200 centrifugal spray dryer delivers precision drying for solutions, emulsions, and pumpable pastes, producing high-quality powders with consistent particle size, low residual moisture (typically <1%), and excellent bulk density. Featuring a high-speed centrifugal atomizer with a diameter of 150 mm and rotational speed of 18,000 rpm, it ensures fine droplet dispersion and rapid evaporation, enabling efficient heat transfer and minimal thermal degradation.
Equipped with automatic inlet temperature control (140–350 °C) and a stable outlet temperature range of 80–90 °C, the system maintains optimal drying conditions for heat-sensitive materials. With a water evaporation capacity of up to 150 kg/h and maximum electric power of 99 kW, the LPG-200 offers high throughput and energy efficiency in continuous operation.
Backed by a one-year warranty including free repair or replacement, this robust unit is engineered for reliability in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and specialty material processing applications—where process consistency and product quality are critical.
After the air is filtered by the filter, it is sent to the air heatexchanger by the blower for heating, and the heated air withcertain heat is sent to the air distributor at the top of the dryingtower. The hot air coming out of the hot air distributor entersthe drying chamber spirally and uniformly, and contacts with the centrifugally atomized feed liguid, so that the water in thefeed is vaporized, and the air containing dust enters the pulse bag separator for gas-solid separation, and the tall gas isdischarged by the ventilator.
