EcoGuard Dust Collector
MC Series Pulse Bag Filter
After the dusty airflow enters the lower box from the air inlet, it partially settles. When the dust floats slightly, it is blocked by the filter bag. The purified air enters through the filter bag and the venturi tube, enters the upper box, and is discharged from the air outlet. The dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag increases over time. When the resistance is within a limited range (generally 80-120 mm water column), it is necessary to remove the accumulated dust from the outer wall of the filter bag. Dust removal is achieved when the control valve is triggered by the controller periodically and sequentially, and the pulse valve is opened, allowing compressed air (secondary air) from the air bag to enter the filter system.
