The ZLG4.5×0.3 Linear Vibrating Fluidized Bed is an advanced modification of conventional fluidized bed technology, originally developed in the 1960s to overcome common issues such as dead zones, uneven drying, particle agglomeration, and material caking—particularly when handling fine powders and small granules.
This model features a fluidization area of 4.5 m² (bed length × effective width = 4.5 m × 0.3 m), making it ideal for medium-scale continuous drying or cooling applications. Driven by a precisely tuned vibration motor, the unit ensures uniform material movement across the perforated distribution plate while hot air flows upward from beneath, enabling efficient heat and mass transfer.

Working Principle
Vibration motors provide excitation force, causing materials to jump forward on the air distribution plate while making contact with hot air introduced from below. This facilitates efficient heat transfer, vaporizing moisture in the material which is then separated and carried away by the air stream. The dried product discharges from the fluidized bed end, while the hot air temperature decreases due to heat transfer. During this process, expelled moisture and fine materials are collected by a cyclone separator, with exhaust gases emitted by an induced draft fan. Adjusting air intake and vibration parameters enables precise control over product moisture content and system processing capacity.
