Fluidized bed dryer

Latest company case about Fluidized bed dryer
Case Detail
Advantages:

1. Fluidized bed dryers provide thorough mixing of fluid and solid particles, resulting in frequent surface renewal and significantly enhanced heat and mass transfer between the two phases, leading to more uniform temperature within the bed. They also possess a high heat capacity coefficient (or volumetric heat transfer coefficient), typically reaching 8000-25000 KJ/(m²·h·℃). Production capacity is high, with a maximum drying capacity of several hundred tons of material per hour.

2. Compared to older box-type or rotary drum dryers, fluidized bed dryers offer advantages such as shorter material residence time and higher drying rates; they are also suitable for drying certain heat-sensitive materials.

3. The equipment is simple, easy to manufacture and maintain, and readily scalable.

4. The residence time of materials within the fluidized bed dryer can be adjusted according to process requirements. Adjustments can be made to accommodate changes in product moisture content or fluctuations in raw material moisture content.

5. Both continuous and intermittent operation are possible within the same equipment.
